Sorry but this discussion is only for those living or studying in singapore. I would like to find out what interesting things one can do to gain cip hours in singapore ,instead of the basics like visiting homes,helping out at libraries. So if you have got any good suggestions , it would be good to know so just give a short brief and possibly a web link. By the way cip means,community involvement programme.
