Reporting Botters?

Do you guys report botters when you see them on Runescape? When I'm playing with my friends, we like to go to common spots such as Grand Exchange Yew Spot, and report botters, world hop, and then continue. I think doing this will lower the amount of botters. Also, I checked the botting sites and learned that the botting program has some flaws and will not work for new people. It took me about a week to fix this problem, and I don't think most people would go through the trouble of fixing it, so this has kind of lowered the amount of botters!
I just wanna know if you guys report botters, or not. Thanks :P

the real problem here is to actually know when someone is running bots, i mean, what happens if you are training woodcutting and at the same time you are doing something else?? a friend of mine reported a player for not answering for a while, but it turns out that he was playing at newgrounds, so, how can we know if someone is running bots??

You can tell if they're using bots because they will be doing the SAME process, over and over... and if they're moving that means they have to be at the screen so if they don't reply, they're MOST LIKELY botting.
