Moneysan down again???

This is a fairly new site, but they seem to be having loads of problems. I do believe the site is down way more then it is up. I tried it this morning, the site couldn't be found then 2 hours later it was back, then it went again, then came back a few hours later, It is now down again, this is no way for people to make cash. Makes me wonder if it is a scam where its down more then up. Anyone else a member there and having problems?
