I am particularly envious of someone like you who can cook and mind you, cook like a pro. I guess you enjoy cooking for people and am I right to say your guess love your cooking and always look forward for another Fiesta to come just to have a taste of your food. Happy fiesta,too!

Professional cook is different from a good cook. A professional cook studied the art of cooking while a good cook means you learned it through experience, meaning from constant cooking. Hence, you could be a good cook even if you are not a professional cook and a Professional cook doesn't necessarily mean a good cook. Congratulations for being a good cook!
