Aging is the process that all of us cannot avoid. But we can delay aging. One of the ways to remain young is to be happy always in our mind level. But if we comes to physical body can any one suggest ways to remain healthy and young for longer time.

Yes, aging is inevitable but we can delay it.
I keep my body young, by exercising every other day, after i arrived from work. I want to keep my body at least much as it was when i was younger. I do some cardiovascular exercises , aerobics and dumb bells lifting. I got them from a health book.
In addition to exercising, i take vitamin supplements such as vitamin C, E, B1,6,12 and calcium also to keep my bones strong. I also eat lots of fruits and vegetables because they cleanse the body of those toxins which makes us sick.
At work, i would take the stairs instead of the escalator or lift in going to the 3rd floor, since our office is at the 2nd floor. I would use comfort rooms that are at the 3rd flr. That way i am exercising while working. LOL

Simplyd..do you take all of those supplements on top of a regular essential woman's vitamin. I have been wanting to start taking supplements but been afraid to due to lack of information. Plus there is so many I can benefit from and I just wonder how much is too much?

Those are the only vitamins i regularly take. Actually, they were prescribed by my OB gynecologist - Vita. C - 1000 mg and calcium , 1300 mg a day, 800 IU of Vitamin E and B1,6,12 when she operated me with Total Abdominal Histerectomy, because of my prolapsed uterus and my ovaries having lots of polyps.
Since according to her the above operation have given me a forced menopause at an early age, i should be taking them. I even went for Hormone Replacement Therapy , but after 4 years i discontinued this because according to health reports i am prone to cancer with it. Hence some wrinkles around the eyes appeared already but my husband says it doesn't matter as long as i will not be getting cancer.
Actually, they don't cost so much, because i buy Vit. C and Calcium of the generic types only.
maybe it would be better if you also ask your OB GYNE.

Greetings!
Well there are lots of ways to prevent aging. But I know the easiest and simplest way to prevent aging. I've read it from a beauty book "The Secrets of the Oriental Beauties". Drinking warm water prevents aging so instead of drinking chilled water, prefer to drink a warm water because its good for our cells so its effective to prevent early aging. :)

People who do excessive hard work age real fast. So we should do only mild exercise as long as we are comfortable with it. However doing no exercise is not good at all. People often have this false belief that doing hard work is equivalent to exercise. This is totally wrong. Hard work is mainly governed by your mind and just a few very specific set of muscles. Exercise, on the other hand, ensures uniform growth to all the muscles. Early aging is often caused by extreme stress and anxiety. One should avoid anxiety as much as possible. However a mild stress can work as a source of motivation. Having good relationship with your family members extends your lifespan. Contrary to the popular belief, capability to detach yourself and to maintain indifference at times are the key to happiness. They keep you happy and healthy.
