how did you get a star?

Now coming to the Star and ranking, You will receive the star besides your name once you have completed your 100 postings, right now you have posted 41 postings and so after posting another 59 postings you will get a star.In the star the number seen is your discussion rating on 1 to 10 bar.And according to the ratings the color of the star also gets changed. Depending upon the quality of your discussion or the response posted your postings are rated by the members and this rating will decide the ranking in your star. For the details please refer FAQ under the Mylot tab which is situated at the right side of the page. Please participate sincerely and work hard with out paying much attention to the star and ranking. Sincere efforts of yours and honest responses will definitely fetch you a good ranking! Even I was wondering about this when I joined myLot yesterday. But then I thought that it must be like the Reps one gets on other forums. Neway, we are too new here on myLot with very few posts. It'll take some time for people to notice us. Fingers crossed!
