hello jack, Consult a doctor, have a check up and asks about fertility period. Thats the best way to ensure that you will get pregnant within a short period. It takes timing for other couples, while others don't have hard time and gets pregnant very soon. Also, both must have enough rest, not stressed from work,so better take a leave and enjoy each other.

It can only take one time to get pregnant. it all depends on your body and how you are ovulating. some people try and try and can never get pregnant. If you want the best information you can get on conceiving, you may want to seek some medical advice. Everything you can do to prepare in being a parent matters.

Hello If you want to get pregnant, all i recommend is that don't think about getting pregnant, don't get stressed about it, just enjoy it and you would see that you would get it soon. I told you this because it happens with my wife, at the beginning the doctor told us that i have little chance to get my wife pregnant so he make to take a lot of test about fertility and we forgot that subject (to get her pregnant) then we just keep doing it without think about it, and in just a few weeks later my wife got positive in a pregnant test. Now out child is one year and seven month old.

Hello my friend this is depends of your wife fertility period, sometimes one is enough or more, sometimes it will take a month. A friend of mine still not yet success to have one eventhough 3 months they are married, so our suggestion is take a good rest. Consult a doctor, some in the province of mine use the old way "hilot" or massage by the expert in order to align the ovary of the girl... see you around

I don't have kids but do know it took my parents a long time like 6 or so months because my mom had such a high level of hormones that she wasn't able to get pregnant right away. Birth Control builds up in the system so that could delay it as far as an egg being present when a sperm enter there. Also you have to take into account that fertilized eggs do sometimes get flushed out if the egg isn't able to attach to the wall. It will be flushed out during that time of the month. That is how it works. So it could happen as soon as on the first time or it may be several times after that before you actually have a child to at least where an egg was present and was able to attach to the wall and stop the period form happening also you can look up online when females are most fertile this will require the female to count days until their period and then it will tell them where they are most fertile the Ancients used this method to pick when to have their kids. It was the only form of birth control at the time so the method didn't rely on pulling out just that the egg wouldn't be able to attach to the wall or wouldn't be there.

practice makes perfect...lol! seriously though, if you have a regular menstrual cycle, note the day when you had your first days of menses, then add 12 days.. for example the first day is on the 1st of the month, you add 12 days with the total being 13.. The 13th would supposed to be the day you are most fertile and that there is a big probability of getting pregnant when you "DO" in that day. In addition, as was shared by a friend, if you want a girl {female cell can last up to 3 days] better "DO" it two days or a day before the 13th. If you want a boy [male cell last only up to a day], just "DO" it on the 13th day... hope this helps.. i got six kids with another one coming this year...
