what is the meaning of star above the user names in MyLot?

Does that gives rating to users? How that star is allotted and what are the benefits if any? Does that means some kind of rating? There different different colors of stars, What different colors means?

Hi Narendra,
Yes, those stars are given to show your reputation. Highest rating is 10. You can check in the FAQ section, everything is given there, spend some time reading FAQ. There are some actions which can even decrease our rating or reputation.
Since we both are not given reputation or ranking, we can't use emoticons in our comments. Once we have a rank of 200, we can use emoticons. Have a good day!

Okay, actually I did not read all the instructions in FAQ. Now I have learned about the star ratings and ranking system. Thanks dear, this site is great. Do you know when we will be given ranking so that we can start using emoticons? Good day.

The stars besides your username are nothing more than your reputation in mylot depending upon your activity here. You get positive and negative ratings and depending on that your star rating increases. There are different colours for different numbdr but the colours does not mean anything. And there are no such benefits of these reputation numbers depending on your activity here. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.

It means the rating of yours in the forum.The better rating you have the better is the chance of making healthy amount of cents from your post /discussion.
Higher ratings are provided to those members who make good quality posts on a regular basis and also to those members who attract more number of readers with their interesting posts.
