How do you find true happiness, many people tend to think that real happiness, may be determined by your job, money, or a person, but I want to know how do people really find happiness in this world that we live.

I've spent many years thinking I wasn't good enough in so many ways, but one thing that helps me to be happy is to think over the things I've done during the day, especially the things that I've achieved for myself, the difficult things, or the things where I've helped others. If I can lie in bed before I go to sleep and think "I did okay today - I didn't hurt anyone's feelings, I made someone smile, I didn't waste time", I can sleep soundly and wake up happy.

I feel happy on simple things .
I feel happy when i was able to cook a delicious meal for my family. I feel happy on Sundays when my husband , daughter and I would go to church and attend the mass. Afterwards we will buy groceries or if we have extra money eat pizza in a restaurant for snack. I feel happy that my family and i , as well as my parents and siblings seldom get sick and is always safe.
I guess, happiness is a state of mind. It's simply finding contentment with whatever good things that comes in life.
