I always take some personal help that cant be discussed here from mylot friends with messages. Message takes sometime. But if we could chat with our friends any moment it would be a help at any instant.
Or are there other means beside messaging already and i didnot know?

Hello jimmythangjam and welcome to myLot!
I've been a myLot user for almost seven month, but I haven't felt the need to chat here. If you want to tell something personal to a friend, you can send him/her a message. But if you have a general interest subject, it is better to start a discussion, and this way you can find out everybody's oppinion. Chatting would reduce the chance to receive responses from many users, as not many of them are on-line at a time. A discussion remains there forever (if it doesn't violate any myLot rule 
) and you can receive a various range of opinions.
