I got a new iPod Nano

Their products are very expensive yet they sell so well because of the name. Apple have established their name very well in the gadgets industry. It's like Mercedes Benz. Their car isn't that nice but they're selling well.

ok, macs and Iphone/ipads are great, but most of the time, apple stuff is a luxary, sorta like gems and stuff like that, bloody expensive and mostly just for showing off.

Many people get expensive things for their good quality and brand, which could be explained the reason why famous brands sell well. To some products when we get it for the first few days, we are usually excited for them, but as we get more familiar with their functions, we might possibly find some faults with them. I think that it is hard to have all the products totally satisfactory to us. Out of this reason, many products keep updated with new technologies in a very short time. Take care, youless.

I think it was the novelty of something that small working as well as it did that was the biggest selling point. I've noticed that handheld electronics have begun to get larger as people tire of not being able to see what they're doing, which is probably why the iPod Touch is the up and coming item for Apple.

greetings! i have an ipod nano and i love it! i use it to listen to my audiobooks and my spanish lessons. it's small so it's not cumbersome. highly recommended! :)

Apple products (in this case a nano) sells good because of the target audience of the product, the youth and the trendy ones. Apple products looks good and is easy to use in my own opinion. The price is too much though, but any person disregards that factor for a product that they can show to anyone and brag for it. :D

Anything new in the market are always selling like hotcakes. People are mad crazy about the latest products introduced in the market without evaluating the cost or the usefulness of what they purchased. Human wants can never be satisfied. New products have always manipulate humans' purchasing power. So you can see any new inventions can easily sell well.

I can bet you, my sony sounds way better than than nanny nano! I have tried apple nano, itouch and they both, honestly, disappointed me ! I am a low budget audiophile and i can say apple products have always disappointed me, except for the Mac. Nano is quite small too, only good for listening to music. Yea, you are right, those things are ridiculously expensive.

For me it is nice so thank to Jehovah God that he can provide you that.

Hi, youless! Well, I'm also curious about this. I think it's because of the good quality of their stuffs. But I don't think their stuffs worth the price. The price of iPod is several times of normal MP4/5 sold in Chinese market, I don't think it can be used for several times longer than a normal MP4/5.

I don't get the point of the new ipod nano. It's good that it has a screen now, but then it's too small to view photos. The only thing i can't think of that it's useful is only for the viewing of the song titles and that's all. But then it would be too expensive for only that purpose. So I think it's really impractical to spend too much on such a small gadget! However, you are just lucky to have received it from your husband without spending a single cent, so just enjoy that privilege!

Personally I think apple's products are just amazing, be it the revolutionary iphone or the ipod. The new ipod nano is one of the coolest and cutest portable music players in the market now, along with the itunes it makes listening to music such a great experience. I haven't had a chance to own an iphone till now but I will buy one for sure when i get a chance (read money).

congratulations for your new nanopod and apples formost quality is that they give mind blowing sound result and i know you are enjoying that tarrific sound but if you talk about the apple products that why they are so expensive the major reason is that it is aworld wida brand and never compromise on quality,due to it's quality it's the largest selling brand,and if you are not liking it you can give it to me ias i am a very big fan of apples stuff. happy lotting

They are great, if you are just into music. However, if you are into pictures, or anything else, I recommend atleast an iPod Touch. i have both a Touch, and an iPhone, and I love them both. Winning something is always great, and I'm glad you got something you can use. How many G's is it?
