I am a season ticket holder and was thrilled to see him come back. There have been many management problems withing the organization for several years now and it starts from the top. So many things change over the years, think about going back to your first job. You may have been good, you would probably do better now, but the reward would be so different. I don't see much to motivate Joe and don't think he will return next year.

I just went to my first redskins game this past sunday.
I was so excited I started to cry (yeah it's a girl thing)
but I have been a fan since I was a kid and never have had
the chance to go to a game until now. I can see why people
buy season tickets it is so much fun, I could easily go every sunday
if I could.
As for Joe Gibbs I was excited to see him return but he must do
more about our offensive!! I don't think getting rid of the quarterback
is going to fix the problem. It's a team thing and they need to start working
like a team!!!!
I love them anyway
