Do u often sleep in class ?? How do u control it??

hi, yes, when i was in college, i tried it once, and its really hard because when your teacher call your name to answer his/her question,you cant relate because your mind is sleepy too.

I friend I also got sleep when my physics teachers came to take our class. that teacher was very lazy and he used to talk very slowly that why I got sleep in the class. But the teacher was very good. Then I try to leave my bad habit and started to thought. Then I invented that if I take this class more interestingly then sleep will not able grab me. Then I able to over come this bad habit. I think you can take this suggestions and you can overcome this situation.
