Doesn't have anything to do with the PC itself or the cookies as stated it is your IP which is given by your ISP. You have a dynamic IP address which means it changes everytime your modem disconnects/connects to the internet and it so happened that the IP address assigned to you now had already been used by someone else who had that IP assigned to him/her before to register in onBux. The only way to resolve your problem is to get a different IP address that has not been used before to register.

you know what we have the same problem. because i change my Internet server provider who my IP address changed too. every time i logged in to my neobux and onbux it will tell the same message you've got. that's really sad for me because my earnings also their is stuck. needs some help also.

You can only use 1 id on 1 computer, so if you try registering again if u have already registered in the past the website doesn't let u signup. You can try registering on someone else's computer and then login from ur computer
