How to know a Scam PTC site or Not ?

I need input from you all, how one way to find out PTC Scam or Not ? Since I don't want to be fooled. Thank you.

I started my own discussion on this and put tips on what to look out for to tell if a site is a scam or not. look on my profile and its probably under discussions iv started.

The points made by the user yallit are must follow. I am joining the new sites with sign up bonus and ref cash back method so if site turns in to a scam I would be getting something than nothing.
