How to get pregnant?

Although I have never had children myself I have recently become friends with a young couple who are desperately trying to have babies. I wondered if anyone has:
a. Tips of their own in how to get pregnant
b. Know of reliable and interesting resources on the internet with that information. Please only include ones you have either tried, or know someone who has tried them.

Regarding this question. My advice is that this couple just enjoy each other, love each other and not worry about getting pregnant. If there are no medical or biological reason preventing them from getting pregnant it will happen in due course.
If there are medical, biological or psychological reason to prevent them from getting pregnant they must see a professional not not seek advice online. There are to many kookies that will give them some very inappropriate suggestions and unfortunately when people are desperate they may try some of those Kooky ideas.

Hey Gil, it has been a very long time. Thanks for responding to this question and Im pleased that you are taking part on MyLot.
There do not appear to be any medical reasons why this couple should not have children, perhaps it could be stress and worry that is preventing it, I have heard this before. They are not researching the internet, thankfully, I just said I would ask some nice people I know if they had any personal experiences in this area and what advice they might give.
I have strongly advised them not to spend money on bizarre and way out methods that at best wont work and, at work, might even do them harm.

having a child is a gift from God i think. and it is in unexpected time. i was pregnant only two month after i got married. i just take it as a gift and i am gratefull for it. i do not have any tips about it. just let it go. my friend doesn't have a child yet for 8 years. they got married in the same month with me.

To be pregnant within two months is a blessing, if that is what you wanted. I will tell my friends about your experience and that of your friend, and I pray that your friend gets pregnant in time, give her my best wishes please. Thank you for responding to my question.

I got pregnant four years after marriage.
I didn't expect to bear a child anymore but god gave it at the right time.
Just let them wait for god will give it to them in a most unexpected time.
