unable to reset my NOKIA 5130

I have a nokia 5130 Xpress Music Edition phone. it is running slow n also when i start my music player it says "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY". My calculator is also not visible. I have tried both soft reset and hard reset but it gives the error "RESULT UNKNOWN". When i connect my cellphone to PC it gives an error "NO HOST RESPONSE". please give some solution.
