blogging for money

I have heard a lot about being paid to blog. But I don't have a clue where to start. I know that some blogs give you the space for free and then put ads. But there again I have no idea where to start looking - you know there's so many scams out there. So my faithful myLot friends...where do I start looking to blog for money?

If yopu want to learn more about blogging for money, I would recommend going through all the information on ProBlogger.net It's a great website about professional blogging and it tought me a lot about the subject.
