Woke up this morning with a slight fever. My mom and the maid went out to do some grocery shopping, so I am left alone in the house. Usually when I am left alone I do my laundry and other stuff inside the house like straightening and dusting which the maid seems to fail to do.
But today, I just don't feel like moving. I don't even have the appetite, I've just had some coffee. Have you ever had some days where you just don't want to move?

I have days like that too, although I'm not necessarily sick on them..I just don't feel motivated. It's like you're in a funk. Don't worry. I mean, try to push yourself to try to get everything done that you need done, but just relax. Usually after a day or two, we break out of these 'funks'. Sometimes we just need a day to relax every once and again.

Hi, i do have experienced the same day as you. It is common that we sometimes feel lazy and don't move. Sometimes the weather can influence our mood and make us lazy. I tend to be lazy and not want to move in hot summer.
Of course, you also should be take care you are ok. You know, when we feel lazy maybe a sign our body is going to have some small problems. One day, i felt lazy and i didn't think i was ill. But my son persude me to take my tempreture. After i did it, i knew my tempreture is a little higher than normal.
So don't worry too much, but do take good care of yourself.

At this point i think she got really sick and had to take a long rest. it would have not been that bad if it wasn't cold outside. due to global warming, when it's supposed to be summer, now going to be the cold season. it really makes people sick if they are not sweating and resting enough. with that kind of type, it's always requires you're availability despite of lack of rest..

I was like that when some guy dumped me. :-) But normally I'm someone who likes to be on the move in my waking hours.

Well the way my morning went today I would have been better off staying in bed, my goodness it turned out to be a stressful day with nothing but bills and more bills and me rushing around and calling on the phone all morning I wish I could press rewind so that I can start my day agin on a better note.

I always have days like that hehe I guess its because I am so tired working during weekdays that when I get to stay home during the weekends, all I want to do is to lie in bed and relax. Unfortunately, since I am always away during weekdays, there are many chores at home waiting to be done so I have to get up and do them.

Yes, I experienced that this morning. I didn't want to get out of bed. I wasn't tired anymore, but I just didn't want to leave the bed. I thought I was just being lazy, but it felt nice to allow myself the extra time to just lay there and be myself for a few minutes. Eventually, I got out of bed and got on with my day.

I hope you feel better. Yes we all have those days time to time. I was sick all last week and even though I wanted to do things around the house I just didnt have any energy or desire to get out of the bed.
I just layed there and watched tv and didnt even eat anything as I had lost my appetite.
My wife does lot of work around the house and I feel bad if I dont do anything. So I try to help her out as much as I can.
Have a great day.

Hello Anne,
I think the maid should have more debriefing coming from you and probably monitor her performance. if work you can just buy a web cam and then use it to monitor her movement like in the CCTV camera which is a lot expensive. i think those are one of those days that you really get to be sick since you're not sweating due to cold in the office and outside. you need to exercise or warm up at least to lose you're sweat. probably need more rest too.

I remember I had this kind of "laziness" - not wanting to do anything and just laying on bed all day. It stretched out to 5 days (I called in sick). I went to see a doctor when it was going on for three days and he just gave me shot of vitamins. He reckoned my blood pressure was very low and I need more vitamins to jot my movements.

Hi friend.. Take care of your health.. Monthly once myself and my husband travel to our home town and we will reach our home back by sunday night 11.. It takes around 6 hours to travel in bus.. So, the next day, i.e., Monday I will not be able to be that active as the other days. Somehow I will pack him off to office and after that I dont even do any work.. Just relax myself and only by evening, after I feel better and comfortable I start with my routine work..
Thanks for sharing..
Have a great day..
