Advices to quit smoking?

Your advice is wrong. Quitting smoking suggests that we've already started. A good advice especially if you're in over your head is to get yourself in a rehab. That's a great help on quitting smoking. You have to save up though.

Don't start in the first place IS probably the best advice, but I would also advise to just stop buying them. I may be into a healthy lifestyle these days, but that was not always the case. I used to be a smoker, drinker and into junk foods. When I wanted to stop smoking, I just stopped buying them. I got some off friends every now and then if they were smoking around me, but gradually over time, as I had them less often, I got to the point where they started to make feel sick, so I was able to stop doing that as well.

That is a great advice. Never ever start smoking because once you start it's difficult to stop because smoking can be very addictive.
