I am now ready again to take in calls for 7.5 hours plus 1 hour overtime every day for five days a week.
I have learned a lot of things again and will be applying all that I have learned from Product Training and The review during the Nesting Period.
The graduation is really fun and exciting. I got the highest quality of calls as it has been evaluated by the Quality Assurance Specialists and some Team Leaders. It is a given because I have been a Quality Assurance Specialist before in that same account.
I just went back there because the salary package now has become better compared to the last time I have been there.

Hello fyzeon,
You went back? why did you leave? maybe you should have stayed and spared yourself the training. but i guess that is that and you have learn new things, it's nice of you to freshen up and come back. how many call do you get in a day? irate ones can definitely be time wasters

Hello there! Yes I left them because I was so impulsive that time. My Quality Assurance Manager did not approved my Vacation leave for a week and I have been so fed up of taking calls for 3 hours a day then do the evaluations of the agents that I was assigned to. Instead of just evaluating calls only because I was already promoted as a QA. Plus a lot of things that have triggered me to resign those times. I just went back and it is fine with me if I start all over again as an agent. I just told everyone that I should be treated as an agent as well. My co-trainees were all surprised whenever some Managers and team leaders would always greet me and always telling me "Welcome Back"!! So there, I just told them (my co-trainees) that I have already been here before...
I normally take 70 calls per day with an average of 450 sec of CRT Call Resolution Time. For irate callers, I have my own way of pacifying them. Take note, when I was the QA, I was the one who is very lenient and very generous in scoring the evaluations.
Thank you and wishing you a great weekend.

mmmm kewl , good to Hear about your job and graduation and moving on to the floor,I have been tracking, chasing the call center industry in India, for about 7 yrs now, guided my brothers , friends into this industry they have become fairly successful. I don't know if you are into tech support or billing anyways, off late there isn't much of a difference, earlier tech used to have customer sat surveys mostly, not many company's had C-sat surveys for billing issues, but recession has changed that and now billing calls also go for customer satisfaction surveys and that's the toughest thing. I am currently working for an American call center handling billing plus tech support questions, and C sat is a challenge and of prime importance to us. while on calls keep this in mind. wish you all the best

Hello there! It is good that you have pushed your brothers to take the right path of tagging them along with you in this industry. That is one real tough account you were handling. A Tech support with C-Sat. There is always been a c-sat in the billing accounts though but in the acct that I have been handling now, We mainly do billing inquiries, General Info, Troubleshooting, Right Fitting and now the newest Metric which is Sales. Technically, we do almost everything. We sometimes do collections coz prior to explaining things about their acct being suspended, we also ask them to resume their service to avoid paying Early Termination Fees as well. So it is really hard. to match up the c-sat that you have, we have Voice of the Customer or my VOC metric which will be 40% of our metric now. Thank you for the nice response and enjoy your weekend.

I'm a quality assurance specialist/rep, what can I say, I'm happy when people are performing well because I felt awful when I was reporting people for their mistakes.I hope that you can enjoy the Job. Just keep your self strong, dont let those Americans/Canadians/Aussie/Brit or whatever the nationality of your clients is, intimidate you. Pamper your self once a week once you started earning.
