ice cream or cake? I have a sweet tooth and I do eat chocolate and ice cream everyday..well not the dark chocolate but the milk chocolate..
I know its bad to eat a lot so I just usually eat a little bit like for example 1scoop of chocolate ice cream or one bar of chocolate... a day
but still I dont wanna get fat.. I make sure I exercise too but I just cant resist eating this two... and Im just hoping it will not make me bigger as days go by..

There is real ice cream which is only milk and butter, or there are fake ice creams which are made entirely of chemicals. You need to do some research.
Cakes can also be made with both types of fat. I make cakes with cooking oil instead of butter / margarine. It is always best to make your own - at least you know what is in it!

I tried to make my own cake its delicious till its a little bit hot..but after it turns cold its like a biscuit gets harder
I know it takes practice but after a few try I think I get frustated by it..uurrgghh
for for my ice cream Im sure that that they use pure milk in it... and no butter I think...

In some countries, the name "ice cream" cannot be used unless it is made entirely from milk products. Although ice cream can be made in different ways, normally butter is homogenized into the milk and then frozen. It is not the butter that you would normally buy - it is unsalted!

princess milk chocolate does nothing good for you, too much sugar and too much fat. get a taste for d ark chocolate anmd you will have a lot less sugar and bad fat and a lot of antioxidants to make your heart and body much healthier. milk chocolate is fattening and does not give ypu the heart helping anti oxidants that dark chocolate does.cakes are usually super saturated with fats and sugars you really d o not beed trt angel food cake if you must eat cake, and sugar free ice cream and dark chocolate they are all better for your health.
