The Mormons believe in there being prophets after Jesus and don't see Jesus as being the last prophet which just so happened to be the son of god if you believe the Bible 100%. There currently aren't any Christan Prophets unless there is one in the Mormon church that I don't know about.
http://lds.org/?lang=eng that is the Mormons website.
They are the only Christan Denomination that I know of that believes that their are still prophets and such from god to give the message to the people of God's plan that is at least what I got from a friend of mine who was raised Mormon but was questioning his faith at the time.

ur question is so funny, in ancient time to bring God's words to the people there are prophets , and finally God himself came as a prophet i.e, Jesus Christ, jesus told people how to live and what will happen in coming days ,i think u know everything is mentioned in the bible
now at present inorder to bring God's words to the people no mediator(prophet) is required because just close ur eyes and knee before god and check urself ones then u will know what to do , what should not be do?

The prophets stopped with the last of the Hebrew prophets. That was when HaShem felt that it was no longer necessary for direct intercession with humans. It is no longer necessary to give directions verbally. We have 613 mitzvot(commandments) in the Torah to follow. We have the intelligence to make or do anything that is necessary to take care of mankind. Of course, due to greed, we choose not to. The earth if full of natural resources that should have lasted forever. Of course, once again, greed will destroy this.
However, HaShem chooses not to micromanage. So, we are on our own....as it should be. We should be all grown up as a people.

Because all that we need to know is already written. The Bible foretells the future for the next 1000 years.
