What Was Your Favorite Game as a Child?

I've never heared of red rover, how was it played? Thanks for responding.

You line up kids in two lines across from each other.One team decides who it wants from the other side and while holding hands tightly, yells "Red Rover, Red Rover, send _____ right over. The person they names runs and tries to break through the linked hands of the other team. If he.she breaks through, they go back to there side, if not they stay on the side they tried to get through. Some also play that if the hands are broken through, the breaker gets to pick a person to go back with them. It is a lot of fun. I also love this game.

We did that too but my brother would blindfold me then continually dunk me...I think he may have been trying to drown me lol. As for the street light pole...that definitely sounds like something I'd have done. Thanks for responding.

Mine too...although as I had gotten into my teens we had put a twist on it...we'd get drunk and play it in the dark...with a big old house and lots of drunk kids we had a blast. Thanks for responding.
