Your choice - currency of 100 with honesty or 2000 dishonestly ?

Hi All,
I have a question to ask you. It is a bit tricky, still I am thinking of asking it
If you have an option of getting Rs. (or dollars or euros or Yen or whatever currency you deal in ) 100 honestly, or Rs. 2000 (or $2000) dishonestly, what would you prefer?
I would always go for 100 amount. Not only because being dishonest is not morally correct, but it is fraught with risks - getting arrested, humiliated publicly and so on. What do you say?

Much depends on what type of dishonesty you are talking about. If its something minor probably the 2000$ option if it involves ripping people off I would choose the $100 option.

Same with you, a hundred earned is nothing for a reputation lost. Humiliation for being dishonest is something I could not bear. It's better to have nothing at all than lose face and be tagged with undesirable thing!

The answer is not so simple as it sounds. I think some people would go for 2000 amount if the risks are not too high, or if they have high link ups, mainly in context of India (and in fact a lot of other countries too).
Personally, I would prefer to slug out for making money honestly, like trying out and spending time on sites like Mylot, Mypage5 etc.
However, now a days people are more after the 2000s. This is really unfortunate, but a stark reality.
