Bux.to a scam?

bux.to - This is the top image off the bux.to site. Do you think this site is a scam? please let me know if you earned some money with those guys

I've been using bux.to for a long time now, I have over 1000$ in my account but they don't pay out for me, whatever how much I request or how long I wait. Yesterday I tried to convert some cash to an add on there site and this drove like 1000 people to my site. So I think it's not a good way to make money, but it can be used to get some extra traffic ( but the traffic is rubbish). What do you think?

If you have given this much time and effort with the neobux and onbux you could have earned a lot of money so, start with the legit sites and forget about the bux.to
