Yes, having a "sweet tooth" simply means that you like sweets. It's very common for someone to crave something sweet for desert after a meal. I'm guilty of that one too. I get in that habit for a time and then decide to lose weight and break myself of it and wean myself off of sugar and sweets of all kinds. Then after I lose the weight, I'll start indulging in sweets again and gradually gain weight back again. It's a vicious circle but I keep doing it. I guess it's ok as long as I don't skip the weight loss part and only did the weight gain part. Right now, I'm in the losing stage so no sweets for me.

Reading over my post after I posted it, I realized I misspelled dessert. I said "crave something sweet for desert after a meal." That wouldn't be good... very dry...

Sweets are my weakness, especially "Chocolate". I don't know why but lately after a meal I need to have something sweet, my stomach craves it. So I normally have cookies or the mini-chocolates (doesn't matter what kind as long as it doesn't have peanut butter), after dinner I love to have atleast just one scoop of ice cream (ofcourse chocolate preferably). I try to atleast control the amount I eat, I like to just enough to satisfy my cravings and not indulge in it.
So yes, you can definitely say I have a "Sweet Tooth".

I am very much addicted to dessert. I enjoy all kinds of dessert. When I go to restaurants which serve buffets at lunch time or dinner time, I would every time have a plate-full of dessert, cakes, cheese, ice cream, pudding. The people at the restaurants know me very well now, and not surprised any more when I get up and go for dessert.

Yeah I love sweets, there's nothing to finish off a meal like dessert. Of course I also like having sweets when I haven't had a meal. But I would consider myself someone with a sweet tooth.

up until a few weeks ago I would have said yes. If I didn't have my sweets look out but all of the sudden I have lost my taste for sweets. This has never happened to me before. When I was pregnant with my daughter I would feel ill after eating sweets but I still wanted them. No sure what is going on.
