Yesterday, I browsed one budget airline companies and I found out that they were on seat sale. For as low as Php1250 I can avail a two-way trip for Kota Kinabalu. The available flight schedule is on July, just perfectly dated for my vacation leave. Should I take this promo? Please help me.

If you are fond of nature, I recommend you go there. If you like adventure, it is the place to be. As a nature enthusiast, there are so many places to see and as an adventure seeker, you will never leave Kota Kinabalu without an adrenalin rush.
You can climb Mount Kota Kinabalu, the highest peak in South East Asia. Going to the top requires some skills and on the way there, you can see many trees and flowers of different kind. If you come at the right time, you can see the Rafflesia bloom. Rafflesias are considered as the largest flowers in the world. If you are not into heights, try to do some river rafting. Get ready to swallow some water while at it. If you are fond of animals, you can visit their zoo which can rival the zoo in Singapore. Or take a tour in one of the rivers outside Kota Kinabalu and have the chance to see a proboscis monkey. Maybe you can travel north and go to the Turtle Islands. The same Turtle Islands that we have. It is composed of 10 islands and I think 6 of it are claimed by the Philippines. Not yet over with animals, try SeaWalking in one of the islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. It is like scuba diving but instead you use a similar aparatus used before the scuba gears were invented. You put on a helmet for you to breath in under water and descend 30 feet to the sea floor where there are so many fish and corals to view. If you don't want that you can just relax in one of the five islands at the park. All islands have fine white sand beaches. You can also have a barbecue buffet in Manukan Island.
These are just some of the few things you can do in Kota Kinabalu. These will be enough for you to enjoy a 4 day vacation there. Also, everything there is quite cheap so no need to worry. And there are many Filipinos leaving there so you may feel at home.
