gestational carriers -what is your view on this?

i have heard from the news that more hollywood celebrities opt to have babies through gestational carriers or surrogacy for a lot of reasons. according to www.ivf1.com, surrogacy uses a third party female to provide the eggs for conception and to carry the pregnancy until delivery. i want to ask for your opinion on this.
