Take 8 - 10 grains of raw uncooked rice, Swallow it with water before having your breakfast or eating anything in the morning, Do this for 21 days to see effective results and continuously for 3 months to eliminate acidity from the body. If you are looking for natural remedies for acidity, i think you should try eating a watermelon. It has an alkaline effect, meaning it has the potential to neutrelize the ph level of your stomach. This is the recommendation of one of the doctors i know. Goodluck and getwell!
