I would like to get different opinions on various situations i am facing in day to day life. I would like to get what you do according to the situation, i would like to have all types of opinions and suggestions for my better decision making.. If you are ready to help/guide me, add me as friend and participate in my upcoming discussions.. For this discussion, I am a software programmer. I am working on my system facing some issues in my application which i am trying to resolve. My team mate ask me help, i pause my work and helped him then continue my work. The same person have some work and i asked some help and he deny it saying that he is having another work and will help me after finish the work. I am feeling bad as i helped him while i was having work and he deny my request while he is having some work. Do i have to change myself like him? Or shall i proceed with what i am today? Which is the better behaviour do you think? Do help once you finish work? or Do work before you help other? Plese give me your response by having you in my place. Thanks,
