HyrexTalk-Scam?

I joined HyrexTalk quite a few months ago, referred by a myLot member. The pay rate was very attractive ($0.03), and it seemed legit, as there were many payment proofs, and the admin was active. I had about $4 there, and recently I decided to return to it. Then I saw this e-mail from the admin, saying how people lost trust in the forum, and how he was trying to regain their trust, blah blah blah. I took a look at the site, and the newest payment proof was already a week ago.
So...is it a scam?

I think they were paying, and not scam. You can visit my profile and join moneyearners forum, it has $1.5 payout,4cents per thread,2 cents per post.Payment proofs are also there

How old is that site? It's got a rather high pay rate, I'm not so sure about it.

dont know how old is that site but reaching payout is easy and you can check then.There are payment proofs of this site

If the newest payment proof is there which is only a week ago, I think you need not worry and it is a legit site.

Hmm, the site was moved to hyrextalk.net, and the original one (hyrextalk.com) is now for sale. The new site has a lot less active members, and the admin has been quiet for some time. He said he will review payouts in a week, but a week has passed, and the last payment was 2 weeks ago...
