what do you do when a workmate is stealing from you?

how can you go about revealing a workmate that has stolen from you and your other workmates???

Catch red-handed or have evidences of others and fire the pilferers at once. If that person pilfered to sizeable amount, handover the person to police. Just condoning the badwork will repeat in recurrence of the same.

I just try to brain wash. I ll wont get anger on him but i will explain him about how i suffered.
