Strange experience with Neobux today

When i tried to login today in neobux i couldn't login and i show message suddenly that "your account is permanently suspended due to inactivity" even if i am active member almost daily, after i tried to login and that was something strange I logged in as usually. why it was arise, Have you faced this type of problem before?
