Getting paid for reading SMS in India. Does your country have such websites ?

I recently got a check by mginger - a website that pays you to read sms and also to refer others. I think sites like mginger and youmint by which i got paid 2 times are only for indians and asians. They paid me 502 Rs that is around 11 dollars through cheque. It is listed in my profile. I also do earn about 400 dollars or 18000 Rs from PTC site mentioned in my profile. Now what i wanted to know whether your country have such websites that pay you to read sms and also refer others.Sites like these are good sources of online income when you know how to get referrals.
