Let's see, there have been some developments since I responded the last time. They have lost what (5?) games.
They are still playing solid, well-rounded basketball, even with minor injuries. Matt Bonner is out, I think most other injuries have been minor. George Hill had a minor injury. Each time we had minor injuries, the others stepped up. Splinter is still learning his role. However, he is a real asset to the team.
I'm anxious to see how the rest of you feel.

Hey, they have the best record in the league. That's pretty darn good. I always liked David Robinson, and when Tim Duncan came along, I transferred that admiration to him once Robinson retired. I also really like how spirited Manu is on the court. I used to like Tony Parker. Until he cheated on his wife. I know that has nothing to do with basketball, but I feel how I feel. But the other players are really great, so I root for them too.

My number #1 is Manu, with George Hill running a quick second. Splinter still needs to coordinate his plays with the team plan. They are playing awesome ball, lets see what happens in the finals. It is still anyones Championship.

Horses are fine, but...Basketball is better. Football is OK, but so violent in every game.
Numerous basketball games progress with no injuries. When one occurs, maybe 25% are serious.
I grew into basketball when we moved to San Antonio. Our son is into basketball, baseball and football.
I love the Spurs. However what sport do u like and team? I'll discuss anything.

I have watched some horse events. I had a girlfriend who trained jumping, eastern saddle riding. She even managed to get me into an eastern saddle, what tiny piece it is. I'm a western saddle person.
She moved back to Virginia many years ago, so haven't followed it as much. Is that the only sport u follow?

Hi PJ, good to see you. As I set here the NY Jets are losing to the Steelers in football. In a couple weeks the super Bowl will be history and then two weeks later my sport starts. The running of the Daytona 500.
And a couple months fishing will be the in thing til the weather gets hot then it is stay in the house under the AC.

I never got into racing for some reason. Ken and I watch a race now and then, know a couple of names. But don't watch consistently. My sport is Basketball. Always indoors, if u go to a game. So far, Ken hasn't got the hint I want to go to a game. Someday I may get my wish. Parking is for the birds I understand and so is traffic.
We shall see how far they get in the finals.
Who is your favorite driver or two?

Nascar isn't really my game, but we watch a race of two, esp if someone we know is watching. We have a local farm league for the LA Dodgers, I think. San Antonio Missions. Haven't been to a game. To me Baseball is slow.
Spurs do have one injury, Mat Bonner. Hope his knee heals soon. He is one of our best 3pointers.
Time will tell.

Hi PJ,
I guess I really don't have a favorite but kinda like them all. I do cheer for Carl Edwards as he is the local boy. Lives 25 miles from us and races at our local track to help some local charities.
Sara and I do go to a KC Royals baseball game or two each year. The only game they beat the Red Sox last year was the game we went to see. The Royals have won at every game we went to see, I told them they should give us free tickets and we come more often, haha.
Two years ago we did get to go to see the St Louis Rams play, it is inside so the cold is not a factor.
