Our friendship formed last summer.. when we are in the internet cafe, they tease me all even if we are not too closed at that time..since then, we are always hanging out with them, going to the beach, walking to the street and even talking stupid things without any hesitation, eating foods in our friend's house, sleeping together and cooking and discovering foods.. hehe :)
until such thing happened..one of my friends have a problem thus deciding her to stow away..so as a friend, we sympathizes her, we stayed at one house together with our other friends and talked about her problem and gave advices to her that she must go back to her family but then she decided no to go back instead she stay with us..so we gave her time to decide for her own..
since she was still with us, we did some enjoyments, again and again, we drink, we eat, we laugh, throwing jokes, we sleep..what a stupid thing but yet we're all happy.. LOL!
and another time came, another friend of mine left us and he studying right now at legaspi city..and we're all sad for that..
following that day, my friend who stowed away decided to go back to their house and again we all felt sad..but we have no reason to disagree to her decision 'coz we all think for the good of her..
And after that, all changed, we haven't spend time together..
:( hahai..i miss them all..our bondings, our talks, laughs and jokes..
when did we spend time together again and do that old things that we did?hope this will happen this coming summer.. :(

Hi annie I can relate to your story. Because I also have friends whom I met on the Internet about 12 years ago. That time yahoo messenger or skype is never that popular or it wasn't been made I guess. I don't know if you are familiar with MIRC and ICQ Messenger. I was working in an Internet Cafe and one of my friends suggested that we make a channel where we can hang out and chat with the rest of our friends. At first we are only 7 members but from then on a lot of chatters join our channel. We even reach to 50 plus members from western visayas and we also have members abroad. It was year 2000 when we decided to have a reunion and at first I though that our friendship on the internet would be different from reality. But I was wrong they are still the same. Even for how many years already and MIRC is no longer that popular but we still keep in touch through face book. Others might say that having friends on the net is just on the net. But I guess it depends on the friends or chatmates that you choose to be with. We still give help or advices for those members who have problems. And we have a saying that "When true friends find themselves apart, they're close at least in heart they think each other still because they care and always will".
