Should marihuana be legalized?

As a regular marihuana user I often ask myself the question if it should be legalized. I know it has pros and cons, but maybe I'm a little bit subjective because it's much easier for me to find pros. (taxes, less criminality,...) I can conclude to myself that I support the legalization. Do you? And feel free to point pros and cons because it can broaden my mind (:

I don't think it shoud be fully legalized but I suppose it would be good to give to a certain amount of people some papers so they don't have problems with law.I think it is good for some people because it heps them to relax but on the other hand it is bad for health so I am not so sure about what must happen.
