Well, I've read in an article that when you're having fun, you'll learn more than when you're just reading something which is boring. Try to incorporate humor in your subject and maybe your students will learn more and it could also increase their motivation.

It is popular here. Although it makes me think why mathematics is the least favorite.

Make the learning an adventure. Make it fun. Be someone the kids want to learn from. Give them a treat at the end and give them outing they might enjoy. Make learning fun and an adventure. School should be a fun place to be not with stringent laws and such. Bring life into it also. Kids want to learn you just have to make it something they enjoy.

It is recognized generally just smart students to memorize, but weak in the UNDERSTANDING, and provision of TASK is a solution / alternative to the UNDERSTANDING, so that students are able to resolve / answer every question with RIGHT!

hi,
i taught a high a school students for a half of a year,
and those students were near to the last section,
so to have there attentions, i always used this motivation to get there attentions,
those who can have higher score in the class quizzes could have an award of 30 peso worth of load.and during that time all my students have there own cellphones.

Thats a easy one, all you have to do is find something about the subject that the student can relate or else just make it entertaining to them in a way that makes it fun to learn this type of subject, and if all else fails do like you would do with training a dog, just give the dang thing a treat here and there. Im pretty sure that would get the kids tail wagging franticly. lmao
But hey got topic, this stuff I love to comment on, keep it up.

i had tried the best..i avoid to give them a grammar section too much...
because too much grammar make them think english is so difficults..
so in my practise now, i always smile and make them think english is so fun and easy..
i push them to mix or combine english and indonesiane languege to make them adapt slow but sure to brave to speak..
it waste my time you know...
