Elaborate televised prank on horrible phone service

I saw this video this morning on Digg and had to share it. I can't stand it when I call customer service, and am transferred from person, to person, to person.... or hung up on.... or placed on hold forever. This Belgium TV show did a prank to what I guess is the worst customer service in their area. This video is so hysterical.
