the worst employeer you have

The worst employer I ever have is he or she who too much promise something like the promotion and salary issues as well, but never keeps his promises, not even one at all. The employer like that do not deserve to get respect from employees. I principally do not like people to talk a lot, but more to do.

Mean, never do their job instead, you have to do the job for them, and they personally take credit for themselves, without give you a pat on your back. I saw such employer at my work before, and recently there is one in my part time job. She never do her job, and she won't fairly share her tips with us, and I have to all the work for her. How fair is that?

I think the worst qualities my boss or employer has is the character of not paying the salary of the worker as at when due. Salary drag on into the first week of the new month. I think a good employer should pay his worker as at 25th of every month. One does not need to wait until the month is 30th or 31st before paying salary. In the case of my employer he chooses to pay days into the new month. that is a bad habit. My employer is making profit from the business but he does not have the culture of giving a worker his own due.
