A month ago, I was sssooooo pissed off with my boss I resigned and immediately transferred in a lower rank, dramatically lower paying job in another company as a rebound. Now... i feel am over qualified at what I do. I earn very little as opposed to what my pay grade should be. Should I start searching for another job or is it too early? Afterall, am already here. Promotion is not even a point, have tried that... the company just don't have any available position. They really have considerably lower pay grade than other companies since its just new. Help!

Being pissed off is really blood rising. but we have to be calmed down. Because if we are in this state we might regret the discussion or action we will do. Since you are already there. Check if they will increase your earnings later on. Or at least stay there for 6 months.

Thanks! This is really a sound advice. I don't know if I can keep up for 6 months though. I have been accepting new projects, have showed the management what I can do but they still can't offer me anything more. Would it really look that bad in my resume if I resign after maybe 3 months after? I don't want to look like a hopper. :)

Try finishing 6 months since this is the formal separation for both employee and employers. You might encounter another company who will make a background check.

Try to observe your new job. Wait a little, maybe your new boss will see that you are over qualified for the job. And maybe if he sees that he would promote you as well. But if time comes that you are not satifistied still with your salary, try to find another job but dont quit too quickly. Nowadays life is tough. We need a little patience in evrything. Good luck!
