Now before I go to sleep I wanted to open this discussion.
What's your ritual before you go to sleep?
Mine is reading a few pages in a book or watch some television.

Mine is doodling with my iPad and playing some games until Im too sleepy to even put the tab on the table. And texting my heart out. That's it. Good night!
