DDoS against PTC sites

A lot of sites are currently under DDoS attacks.
Old and paying sites like Clicksia, Incentria, CashNHits, CashViews, and many others. Some new sites too.
Some sites are going to be down for awhile so have patience. This is the internet."
What a shame! They do harm to sites that do good to their members.
If those people want to make such attacks why don't they target scam sites?
This would be a good idea :))

well it is really happening,and the attackers should target site that are use for bad purposes.also it indicates that it is time to make e-business more secure.

The main purpose for DDOS attack is to bring down the competitor..they won't gain anything attacking on scam site.I have a site with 40K members and my site faces ddos attack every alternate days..finally the IP filtering coding has brought down the attack and now I have more powerful server working as charm.
