There are seven narnia books and there have been 3 movies. Will the last two books be made into movies? Will the 7th one just be made into a movie and not the sixth, and vice versa?
Also, they skipped making the movies of the first and third books. Do you think they will go back and make these?

The first thing you need to know is that there are two orders for the books, the chronological order and the published order. The books were published in this order: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, The Silver Chair, The Horse and His Boy, The Magician's Nephew, and the Last Battle. The books were later re-arranged into a chronological order (order of events as they happen in the story) which was Magician's Nephew, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Horse and His Boy, Prince Caspian, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Silver Chair, and The Last Battle.
So they technically didn't "skip" the first and third books... they're just going in the original published order. Magician's Nephew is written as a prequel and arguable works better when it's read/seen later. Horse and His Boy is kind of a "spin-off" story. It takes place entirely in Narnia during the golden reign of the four children from Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and can be read/watched pretty much anytime.
Are they going to make all seven book? I REALLY hope so! I want to see all seven, especially my three favorites which have NEVER been adapted (Magician's Nephew, Horse and His Boy, and The Last Battle) to film at all. But at this point there's no guarantee the next film has been green-lighted because Voyage of the Dawn Treader didn't do so well in the box office.

That really helps a lot thanks. I didn't know that they went in published order instead of chronoligical order. Hopefully they do make all seven books like you said!

The movie versions of the books are awesome. I hope they make more of it in the future. The story of Narnia came alive in the movies made and it will be a shame not to finish all of it.
