I make decorative candles which I personally design and I added scent to each of these candles so that it can also be used to drive away insects aside from its normal use. Do you think I can make money out of it? or Am I just wasting my time, money and effort for this?
here are some samples:

Hi rose,
I have read in a magazine that candle making is source of income; we can make it from home in our free time, without much investment. The magazine I read is for ladies and providing information how to earn money from home (to those who are house-wife). It means there is a demand for candles in market. I am not sure about your place about the possibility of making money but you can also search and find a market for it. I hope you will succeed in it.

Hi. roselean. Welcome to myLot! I think and believe that you have a chance at selling your candles. You know how to make and blend candles together. You are using a great combination of many varieties of colors and designs. I don't think that you are wasting your time, money and effort.

Making candles seems like such a fun hobby. I'm planning to design and make some of my own this year. There seems to be a market for them in my area, and I'm also planning to list some on Etsy once I figure out the process and get some nice ones made. I don't think you'd be wasting time, money, and effort on this, but I'd plan to start out with just a few to test the market so you don't have a lot of a design that doesn't sell on hand.

Candles are part of our daily lives nowadays especially that they have evolved from their simple look. they are nice as adornments, they are used in aromatherapy (the scented ones). There's money in candles. try offering them first to your relatives and friends then by word of mouth, you can start your career in candle making.Think of the many uses of candles and you can start from there. I hope that helps!
