Hi Friends,
Yesterday I was talking to some of my friends and the discussion was about technical skills which turned to personal issues.
We were supposed to discuss only technical issues that we have been facing at work and nothing about anyones personal life but there were members in the group who started talking about other members personal life and their family life. Discussion started with politeness but ended with some bitterness in our hearts because of some members being judgemental.T
Some peoples are very good at making judgements about other without even knowing the fact and ground reality.
I believe that no one should comment about other without knowing the subject or should not be judgemental. Only God has got the right to be judgemental being almighty and originator of this universe.
What do you say?

Yes I agree that only our creator can judge not other people, and when it comes to discussion's we should keep it respectful and polite no matter if we agree or disagree I understand that everyone is very passionate about there views, but we should not bash members of this forum because we do not share the same views nor should we be judgemental offline either, lets keep mylot a friendly fun place and continue this positive and friendly attitude offline as well.

Everyone has some positive and negative things as well but that does not gives everyone a right to judge others. Even if we want to say bad things which has to be said, there is a way to do that, a constructive way of saying so.

Of course in the absence of God, human judges play that role in our civil society...LOL
However, what you say is equally correct. Most people (including myself) are quick to jump to conclusions and offer solutions which sound so easy to follow... I’ve been both a victim and a perpetrator of this though I really understand how harmful this can be

We can judge but should be good enough to do so and should not judge just as it .

It is okay to rebuke a person to correct him from his wrong doings but to judge a person is something not for any man. Indeed only God is the judge of all. He alone can judge and no one of us. Men are not sinless so they are not qualified to judge each other.

If we do everything right than God will be in trouble not to be taken seriously , we can judge but with the knowledge of all teh facts and related things. Cannot be judgemental just as it is and say anything.

I agree with you fully, many have this habit of critising others, they peep in to others private matters and discuss in public places, meetings etc, they think they are doing a great job.
But any intelligent person can 'guess' about such peeping Toms. Pesonally i hate them.
It is only God who can judge us.
Thank you so much for this nice discussion..
Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .
Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

critisim is not bad if given in the right manner and to the point. Knowing facts and about the person one can be judgemental however the way of doing should be polite so that others can take in a right way to work on. should not be insulting.

other person judged us because they wanted us to follow what they wanted. it's been the basic instinct of all creatures to push his/her willing to each other. To face those persons we can make space with them to understand them that we dislike his attitude. If it doesn't work we just can avoid them.

It is human nature for us to be judgmental and there can be no way to suddenly stop. I think that really God uses those kinds of people to test yourself and bring up your short comings. Some judgements are true and even harsh but that is realiity and human nature I believe. Even when someone doesn't know all about a subject, his/her judgement is also still an opinion (in most cases) so perhaps try not to be offended or feel hurt because someone else is judgmental. A good solution to help end someones judgmental attitude would be to bring up the issue to that person so they can hopefully see that they can potentially hurt someone.
Just simply remember not to take any judgements too personal and you'll find yourself happier and my think about it too much either.

We all are human and if someone attacks your personal issues, it does affect you and we may react strongly. So the message for the peoples who become judgemental so early and very often that take some time before you say something.

Yes, if we know about the person or the related subject and than make a comment or conclude something, there will not be any conflict.

I agree, The only time I start talking about a person , it is what he/she said. I ask myself , did they Really mean it this way or that? But to judge someone's personal life is rude and uncalled for!

Introspection is very good if we want to filter good from the entire day so we should think before we say anything bad about a person. Just place yourself in the same situation and than think what you could have done.

I say you're right. Let's just leave the judgements to God. Although there are some people who just judges others unfairly and that's a bit of playing god and is so not cool at all. With a snap of a finger, they already have rough and inaccurate judgement of others and that's just wrong.

Some people just can't help not to gossip or judge other people without knowing the facts. I sometimes did too to to my ... . Well, I am human. But I do try to speak out of all the facts if I had to gossip about others and not to judge harshly.

As long as my discussion or gossip does not hurt anyone, it's fine but make a comment which can hurt someone is not good.

I agree , only God has the right to be judgmental. He is absolute , almighty , and God knows everything.
and it is sad to know that there are many people being very judgmental , even they didnt know the reality. they just jump into a conclusion then judge.
i must say , it is becoming more of a habit of human nature.
