how come in every country we need a license or permit to do just everything besides have children? think about it.
look at everything we need a license to do:
-spray hazardous chemicals
-drive a car
-build a shed on our own property
-remodel our house
-perform electrical repairs in our house
so why don't we need a permit, license, certification or any type of regulation on bringing another life form into every country?
i think parenting should be under more scrutiny than anything listed above.

Don't you think having a child is a bit more of a personal responsibility? The government have enough rights to meddle with our lives and I think that's enough. If they implement another one for having a baby, that's just not democracy anymore.
