Has anyone noticed that Paypal must be charging a fee now. The last few pay outs from my PTC sites have been a little bit less and it is called a 'fee'. Here is an example: Petmails: $ 2 payout. Actually paid: $1.62....38 cents fee. $5 payout. Actually paid: $2.58.....42 cents fee. I see that it is cheaper for me to wait for the $5 payout. This is quite annoying that PayPal is taking a few out our earnings. has anyone else experienced this?

really? oh how sad to hear that paypal deducted a fee on each transaction. We should withdraw our payouts in larger amount so we can get lesser fee. Better to read their FAQs, maybe they have posted something regarding this matter.

Dear friend, I had notices some deduction while transferring to my bank account. May be I may have just go through. Anyhow if a these goes I hope a major amount of some earning will taken away. May be I always felt some more secure sites like paypal could have came up with much flexible options and less deductions.

In China, Paypal charges a fee from seller, it's been a long time. For buyer it's free. For example, if you send a 5 USD to a seller, the money he receives should be around 3 USD.

I have been with Paypal since the early 2000's and I am never charged for anything unless I go over $500. Maybe the different countries have different chargeable fees that they charge. I haven't experienced any fees at all. Fingers are crossed ofcourse. They may change their guidelines.

I agree with you my friend, Paypal due charge high, but I guess we have no choice. They are one of the best online banking site that offers payment and selling. Although they charge high as long as they can guarantee the safety and security of your accounts then it does not matter at all. A little sacrifice would mean a lot. :)

yes paypal charges a fee no matter what. the only way to not recieve a fee is if the person who sent you the cash sends it as a gift.
