old school still the best

Nothing beats old school! The older, the better to some extent. Back then, they really knew how to write, play & perform music way better than some of today's rubbish! Some of the problems these days come from how easy it is to rip a CD or download music off the internet. Back then, a lot of time (in short supply these days too), could be put into developing a song to be the best it can be, a record would be produced which would not be easy for the end consumer to copy & anyone who wanted to listen to the music would either need to buy one or go to a live performance. So that's where it's at! Going back even further, composing any sort of classical music was actually an exact science. There were set criteria a composer had to strictly adhere to or they wouldn't be able to perform it or sell it. Going back even further, most of the better stuff was set to the rhythm of a human heartbeat, offering many more benefits to the listener other than just placing one in a better mood. Hi Jonescity, I grew up in the 60's and early 70's so of course I just love and appreciate so much of the old stuff. It was amazing for sure. Still, I can't just listen to the old stuff. There is some really good newer music too. I think you just aren't looking in the right places. Just as there was some old stuff that was corny and pretty bad to the ears, some of the new stuff is too. Not all of it though. I listen to a lot of alternative and newer rock. There's some great newer stuff. You just have to search around for it.

Oh old school is still the best music ever! Nothing can compare to those music with today's music. Old school has much more meaning and content which makes the music memorable.

i like most of the tamil songs which sounds good...especially the golden melodies of eighties.....those songs are pleasing and the lyrics are extremely wonderful...songs of illayaraja and spb is awesome...what do you think about this.....
